Thank you very much for your initiative. About taking pics of our His Majesty, see what you can do. Nevertheless, I hope His Majesty will be attending the celebration and making the event very enjoyable for us (Bhutanese), right? If you can't take pics of His Majesty or anything, I am sure the medias will cover your job to some extent.
It feels great to live my life back in Bhutan, my only home, virtually.
